The 2012 Annual Dinner was a great success and raised nearly $200,000 for Colorado's children of abuse and neglect.

Attendees included the Honorable Jason Carrithers, the Honorable Andrew Fitzgerald, the Honorable Robert Russell, and the Honorable KJ Moore, as well as Jim Lyons of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP and Chuck Turner, Executive Director of the Colorado Bar Association.

“We are so grateful to the community and sponsors who supported our annual dinner,” said Stephanie Villafuerte, Children’s Law Center’s executive director. “The funds will go directly to help the over 1500 children we assist each year. We create stability for these kids while pursuing a forever home. We also help kids be kids and have the childhood they deserve.”

Live Music was performed by the Hazel Miller Band. Channel 4 newscaster Ed Greene was the emcee and former state representative Debbi Stafford was the auctioneer.
