Kelli Narans, Esq., Division Lead Staff Attorney

Kelli Narans is a litigator with 21 years of experience. She began her career in the Family Violence Unit at the Travis County Attorney’s Office in Austin, Texas. Since joining the Children’s Law Center in 2006, Ms. Narans has passionately represented hundreds of abused and neglected children in dependency and neglect cases.

Originally from Texas, Ms. Narans has made Colorado her home for the past 16 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma City in 1989. Prior to joining the Children’s Law Center, Ms. Narans worked as a solo practitioner primarily handling contract disputes. Her areas of expertise are dependency and neglect cases, delinquency, allocation of parental responsibilities and guardianship matters.
